Communist Party of Indochina Establishn Location Rellic in Phu Rieng (Phu Rieng Do)

Communist Party of Establishment Location Relic in Phu Rieng (Phu Rieng Do) is located in Thuan Phu commune, Indochina Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province where on 28/10/1929 the first branch of Communist Party of Indochina in the Southeast Region was established to be the foundation for the revolutionary movement later. Phu Rieng Rubber Plantation owned by Michelin Company was established in Phu Rieng Village, Ba Ra O ninh Phunc Teurist Guidabook district, Bien Hoa province (now known as Dong Phu Rubber Company). When investing in exploiting and developing rubber trees here, the French capitalism had recruited the strong men from the provinces in the North Vietnam and the Central Vietnam to work with the hard life which was reflected clearly in the phrases "Rubber Plantation is easy to come and difficult to go. Come with healthy body and Go with sallow and thin face"; "Hell on earth" where "each rubber tree is grown on the dead body of one worker". Being beaten, punished cruelly, the workers could not stand up because they were surely repressed violently then. In 1928, comrade Nguyen Xuan Cu was assigned by the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth League in the North Vietnam to Phu Rieng Rubber Plantation. Before that situation, in order to lead the struggle movement of the workers 4/1928, the branch of Vietnam Revolutionary Youth League was established to operate right in the enemy led by comrade Van Vinh) as the Secretary Nguyen Xuan Cu (Nguyen and other comrades of Tran Tu Binh, Pham Thu Hong, Ta, Hoa, Doanh and Song. This was the nerve-centre agency to lead the struggle movements of the workers at Phu Rieng Rubber Plantation. From this basic organization, on 28/10/1929, on the stream side of Village 3, the cell of Communist Party of Indochina was established which was called Phu Rieng Cell. The establishment of the cell of Communist Party of Indochina in Phu Rieng timely met the requirements of the revolutionary demand and quickly led the rubber workers to fight under many different methoxds to fight for the rights of the workers. Especially, there was a strike of 5,000 rubber workers in 1930 to make the heroic Phu Rieng Do and destroy the "Hell on Earth". After 08 days (from 30/01/1930 - 06/02/1930), the struggle won the victory to impact deeply and widely and give many deep lessons for Vietnam Revolution. Phu Rieng Struggle had made contributions in speeding up the battle movement of the workers in Vietnam to the victory step. With the typical historical values mentioned above, 12/02/1999, Communist Party of Indochina Establishment Location Relic in Phu Rieng was ranked by Ministry of Culture and Information as a national historical relic.
