Description

The relic is the end point of the petroleum transmission pipeline connected from the North Vietnam (Lang Son, Mong Cai), through two pipelines of East Truong Son and West Truong Son to the last point in Bu Gia Map (1070 09'98' 'East longitude 120 08'65" north latitude), in former Phuoc Long Province (known as Binh Phuoc Province today) with the total length of 4,990 km. At the beginning of 1975, the petroleum transmission pipeline was completed to ensure the stable petroleum supply for the strategic transportation route and the Southern battlefield including B2 battlefield in the General Offensive and Uprising Spring 1975 to end the resistance war against the United States to liberate our country
